The collection contains mainly personal correspondence between Paulette Goddard and her husband Burgess Meredith, along with a typed biography of Paulette Goddard, obituaries after her death, telegrams, postcards (original and transcribed), photographs featuring Paulette Goddard, her family, Burgess Meredith, Charlie Chaplin, Waldo Pierce (autographed) and others (some oversized), correspondence and original designed and hand colored postcards with and by Waldo Pierce, magazines, newspaper clippings, receipts, Paulette Goddard's bank savings book, 1937-1941, check stubs, Goddard's adress and telephone book, a copy of the Holy Bible presented to Paulette Goddard on Christmas 1941. Included also are the screenplays for Cover Girl, 2nd edition, revised, final draft, July 1943 (2 copies) and An ideal husband, signed Paulette Goddard, 1947.
